Kumon is Unlike Any Other Tutoring Program

We get it. There are a lot of options out there for tutoring and enrichment, and it can be overwhelming to know the best choice for your family. But, Kumon is unlike any other academic program and we’re here to tell you why.

Kumon is an after-school math and reading program that works alongside your child’s schoolwork.  Kumon is different than a traditional tutoring program because children actively develop critical thinking skills while progressing independently through a carefully crafted curriculum. The Kumon Math and Reading Program covers everything from counting to calculus, and phonemics to Shakespeare.

Our goal is to help your children work at or above grade level.

Kumon is helpful for children attending dual language / Spanish Immersion programs.

Kumon es útil para los niños que asisten a programas de dos idiomas/inmersión en español

What our parents are sharing

Ari Vinas: I love Kumon. It has improved my children’s mental agility, focus, and taught them how to learn independently. One of the best investments you can make for your child’s education.

Jeri: My daughter has been going to kumon for 5 years and 2.5 years at this location. Kumon has definitely put my daughter above grade level and I’m excited to see how far she can go. The staff is always nice and sweet. I’ve had many conversations with Mr. Kapur about my daughter progress and he’s always accommodating to adjust her workload when we feel it’s necessary. I appreciate his input and support. I’m happy they reopened for in person classes because it really helped my daughter get through some difficult packets and she was excited about all the help from the teachers. We are very happy with kumon and this location.

Lorena Luna: Prior to Kumon, my daughter was a slow reader and counted with her fingers and it was affecting her comprehension of school material. But my daughter has improved tremendously in just the four months that we’ve been in the program and has already advanced many of her peers at school and her grades are much better!! I always recommend Kumon to others when I’m asked how my daughter improved so quickly! But just like any program, you get what you put into and we work with our daughter to make sure she’s on top of her Kumon homework along with school homework and still juggle extracurricular activities. My only regret is not having put her in the program earlier!
